My background is in engineering, and I hold multiple improvement and project certifications, with a track record of measurable waste reduction and safer, smoother operations.
The core of my system, Origin Problem Solving™, is an 8-step practical method that distills that experience into a repeatable process. We move teams from chaos to Clarity (Perception, Define), Cause (Break Down, Identify, Root Cause), and Control (Take Action, Monitor, Standardize).
